HELP SUPPORT

To expand and improve opportunities for student learning, the consortium is seeking individuals and organizations willing to provide sponsor and mentor support.


SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The District 214 Education Foundation and our consortium of program partners support student success, innovation and lifelong learning beyond the means of conventional funding for public education.

Help sponsor the operation and support new schools and teams joining the annual Illinois Energy Efficient Vehicle Competition. Sponsors will be listed on event and marketing materials.

Event Sponsor ($10,000)
Fund the annual operational costs of the 2 day event.

School Sponsor ($5,000)
Fund the purchase of basic manufacturing equipment for a school, startup materials for a new car, and event registration.

Car Sponsor ($1,500)
Fund an existing school’s expansion to of an additional team, supporting startup materials for a new car and event registration.

Team Sponsor ($500)
Fund the annual material costs and registration fees for an existing team.

MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

In an effort to elevate student learning and success in these STEM learning experiences, the consortium is seeking industry professionals who are willing to act as mentors to teams. Mentors may be asked to support teams by providing answers and resources to address student questions or providing constructive feedback and input on designs and processes. Mentorships may be completed virtually through IEEVC’s Mentor Matching Engine.
